You can park at any of our designated parking zones shown in the app. Always ensure you lock the bike properly after use.

If you experience any issues with the bike, use the "Report Issue" button in the app and our maintenance team will assist you promptly.
5. Do I need a helmet?
While we strongly recommend wearing a helmet for safety, it's your responsibility to bring your own helmet.
