Yes, with daily, weekly, and monthly plans, you can use different types of bikes during your rental period, subject to availability.
How do refunds work?
For hourly rentals, no refunds are provided once the rental has started. For daily and longer plans, you can request a prorated refund for unused days, subject to a small administrative fee.
Do you offer family or group discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for groups of 4 or more renting bikes simultaneously. Contact our customer service for more information on group bookings.
What's included in the insurance coverage?
