Welcome to Yeroo Bikes ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our bike and scooter sharing platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Yeroo Bikes operates a comprehensive micro-mobility platform that connects users with bicycles and electric scooters for transportation, delivery services, and organized events throughout Ethiopia. Our Service includes:

• Vehicle rental and sharing services
• Mobile application for locating and unlocking vehicles
• Payment processing and billing services
• Customer support and maintenance services
• Event organization and group transportation solutions
• Delivery and logistics services

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid government-issued identification
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When using our vehicles, you agree to:

• Follow all local traffic laws and regulations
• Wear appropriate safety equipment, including helmets when required
• Inspect vehicles before use and report any damage or safety issues
• Use vehicles only for their intended purpose
• Park vehicles in designated areas and according to local regulations
• Not exceed vehicle weight limits or passenger capacity
• Not use vehicles under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not modify, damage, or tamper with vehicles or their components

Our pricing structure includes:

• Base rates for vehicle rental by time or distance
• Additional fees for extended usage or late returns
• Damage or theft charges as applicable
• Service fees for specialized requests or events

Payment is processed automatically through your registered payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• To harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• To interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers
• To attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
• To sublease, rent, or otherwise commercialize vehicles without permission
• To remove or tamper with vehicle identification or tracking devices
• For racing, stunts, or other dangerous activities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeroo Bikes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately, and you must return any vehicles in your possession.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
